TF Updates
<AndyS> w3c/
ajnelson-nist: PR updates - requesting another reviewer for 377
… no other updates on other PRs. They're coming along
HolgerK: no updates from Core, SPARQL, and Node Expressions
ajnelson-nist: We're still deciding whether the concepts in SHACL Profiling should go into a profiling namespace, or have it added to Core.
mgberg: section 1 looks good, just a matter of filling out the rest of the document.
edmond: SHACL UI - discussed mechanisms to populate autocomplete and enumerate widgets. We've made a start on language resolution with a PR. Meeting at the usual time tomorrow.
AndyS: In SHACL Rules, we discussed how to handle blank nodes. We've come up with something and will add it to the document. We also touched on backwards-chaining on rules for the user/implementation side.
… What is the scope of the W3C? We've got the web platform that's concerned around JS APIs and web APIs in general. Also general format standards such as XML, etc. and this would apply to SHACL as well.
… This is the strategy that's in progress at the W3C-level
… It may affect wide reviews in the future
… i18n had a great interest in escape sequences and character encoding, particularly for Rules
HolgerK: Have there been any discussions around namespace declarations for creating new instances? Define them at the graph-level or even the class/shape level. There are new classes now in Core to represent DataGraph and ShapesGraph, perhaps we can use the roles vocabulary to specify this.
ajnelson-nist: Are there any mechanisms to define the prefixes, IRIs, and local names for rules?
