Accessibility of Machine Learning and Generative AI draft.

janina: There may be a need for some text about requirements for attitudinal adjustments. Understanding that there are hallucinations and some reliability issues that users will need to account for.

scott: Agreed, there will still be useful information there but users will need to understand that not everything will be accurate.

janina: Key terms here are critical acceptance and vigilance.
