<gb> Issue 346 Describe proof points (by iadawn)

Fazio: should be covered for all dimensions

Mark: it will be interesting if we have title explanation and then description format

Fazio: yes this can be done or add more to that description

jkline2: I have gone through proof points and noted some points

<jkline2> Financial Commitment financial plan is developed for activities needed to advance maturity across Dimensions An accessibility program cannot be successful without understanding the costs and an ability to fund the initiative. Therefore financial commitments are a critical element of the program, without which, a successful program is extremely

<jkline2> challenging No financial commitments to digital accessibility in place and no plans for them Planning in progress on obtaining financial commitments to digital accessibility programs and initiatives Financial commitments to digital accessibility programs and initiatives now in place and ready to be used for planned projects, assets, etc. Financial

<jkline2> elements of accessibility fully integrated into organization planning budgets, and reviewed regularly for sufficiency and shortfalls.

<jkline2> Financial Commitment funding is committed for activities to advance Dimensions through maturity Accessibility teams and executives must ensure that funding is in place to support all dimensions No funding for digital accessibility exists and no plan to provide it Planning in progress on obtaining funding commitments to digital accessibility

<jkline2> programs and initiatives Funding in place to implement commitments to digital accessibility programs and initiatives Funding in place to implement digital accessibility programs and initiatives. Fully integrated into organization operating budgets, and reviewed regularly for sufficiency and shortfalls.

Mark: can we divide all proof points and then divide in 4 levels as done by jkline2

Mark: right the question that we have to work on what is proof point - is it category or it is examples inside that cateogry

jkline2: all examples under that caterogy are pprof points

Fazio: I think short desctioption fr eact proof point makes sense

mark: Bullet point is a proof point

Dr_Keith: I am not sure putting lot of annotation will be helpful or not

Dr_Keith: Similar to WCAG document we can have a reference document

Mark: if we weredoing an evaluation as an organization, are you measuring each cateogry or a bullet?

jkline2: we are measuring a bullet

jkline2: this is not a definitive model but there can be some subjectiviy

jkline2: somebody came in and audit with model can they justify about level used

Fazio: Main issue is description for the proof point

jkline2: we can add but not sure it should go to the document only

Fazio: adding only two lins for weach sub cateogry will be helpful

jkline2: I will share some for proof point level and add it and see how it looks

Fazio: let us do this activity as a group

jkline2: it is future work, so do we have to mention that it has value and we will add as a subcategory

CharlesL: Just keep proof point and its proposed definition for it in the excel sheet would be helpful
