Godwin: I met with my subgroup. We didn't get very far, I'll try and attend more of their meetings.
Kathy: their meeting is early West Cost time, is it OK?
Godwin: it is very early, could be good to swap.
Kathy: We can bring that to Wilco.
Jean-Yves: my group is meeting at
7AM West Coast, we can swap.
... I can't tomorrow, but otherwise that time is OK for me.
Kathy: let's let Wilco know about that on Monday. Tell the groups about it.
Jean-Yves: I'll forward invites to my group to Godwin.
Godwin: follow up on the new ACT rules page. Got some info from Wilco about Glossary page. Need to look deeply into it.
Sage: Joined my subgroup a couple
of weeks ago. They want me maybe every other week, so didn't go
last Friday.
... I'll join them tomorrow.
Helen: I'm one 3 groups, and
going to AGWG meetings.
... got some expectations alignement after last discussions.
Things are getting smoother in groups.
... Sign language is still in waiting mode.
... will be going to my 3rd group next week.
Helen: I recommend taking to Kevin and getting added to the Google drive group for editing rights.

Helen: Issues are being raised in
the WCAG/ACT guide we wrote. We've added some FAQ.
... we've had some pushback which is fairly similar to what we
see in ACT newcomers.
<Kathy> https://www.w3.org/TR/act-rules-format/#applicability-atomic
Helen: We have the possibility
for subjective Applicability. Guidance in the ACT rules format
can also help answering questions.
... Applicability of composite rules are also been tricky to
explain.
Kathy: do we need to put that in the FAQ?
Helen: I can try and do that.
Kathy: for subgroup struggling with technicalities, we told them to just go with what they can and this can be improve ad made more technical later if needed.
Helen: I said that HTML examples are more "nice to have" than "need to have" as they can be added later.
