Wilco: has anybody contacted their subgroup?
sashanichols: I don't know them or how to contact them.
Helen: we need contact details and meeting schedule, if any.
Wilco: I can send out intro emails.
Shunguo: same as Helen. Great if Wilco can do a round of intros.
Wilco: has everybody read the document?
Helen: will we be listed as WCAG3 authors?
Wilco: yes, we'll be on
contributors list.
... Kathy commenting on 4h/week being a lot for CG leads.
... shrinking it to 2.
Kathy: about the rules approval, is AG OK with that model?
Wilco: I understand that the
chairs approved it.
... is the document complete enough to be shared with
everybody?
Kathy: yes.
... thanks JY for presentation. Are we including all the ACT
format items in the WCAG3 rules, or just the 4 JY focused
on?
Wilco: I think the current
template is good enough, not forcing background if it's not
needed. because of speed.
... we'll add the rest later.
... but template doesn't prevent anyone to record what is
needed (accessibility support, …) Even requirements is a bit
redundant in that setup.
Kathy: I don't know where the tests will be (same page as requirement?)
giacomo-petri: This is not really defined yet.
Wilco: Next Steps. I'll send an
introduction email to connect liaisons with at least the
editors.
... It will be good for everybody to join a subgroup meeting
before next TF call.
Jean-Yves: some subgroup editors can also be on Slack.
Kathy: Rachael wants to do a rule writing exercice at next AG meeting.
Wilco: who can join next AG
meeting?
... I'll try and be there; if you are available, please
join.

Wilco: Tuesday AG presentation was recorded, link above.
Sage: Not sure if I can be liaison; are there other tasks I can do if not?
