Going through Actions on google doc - starting with Overview

Julie need for new title - is more time needed on a main call

Julie said yes - full task force meeting to talk about new title

Julie said we can wait so possibly go for February 23rd - meeting about title

Julie connected with Rain re: Structure proposal - trying to get one pattern done so that can be coded - collecting all the files.

No one is working on icons at the moment but Julie mentioned what is needed beyond the accordian.

Lisa suggested that AG has some of the icons

Make a list of what needs to be done

may be able to cut and paste them

Lisa also mentioned some editing and some more needs to be written

Julie mentioned concerns about how we make a very clear introduction and it is only a subset - need to get feedback -

Lisa suggested getting the intro into the state that is normally seen in W3C documents. May need an editors' note rather than changing the traditional way of doing it all.

Three drafts are being worked on - how to test section - make the purpose -

Gareth has been making illustrations - this is nearly all ready for coding

Lisa asked if we could deal with the how to test section on Thursday - helpful to get this draft ready -

Further questions about style guide such as contemplating use of people or person rather than 'users' style guide questions next week.

Lisa mentioned to be careful about know who the audience is when it comes to the style guide

Topics in Overview - research subgroup - issue papers for working draft 1 - not yet published - licencing issue - passed but not heard back from Roy

Lisa will follow-up with Roy

Want to have a post mortem on the next working draft but need to pause until published - so many issues that these need to be ordered in a table - google doc

First pass has been - and will be looked at on Thursday call for Research

Frist call completed by Eric and will address the issues - ask interested groups for feedback and need to put together a list of who they want to contact

correct call to pass! sorry

Lisa has a spreadsheet that could be used for contacting people

Will be mentioned on Feb 4th call - internationalisation and other discussions around a top up of the literary review

want to discuss items such as separating AI and general safety and update that work

Rashmi is working on triggers and Eric has completed his part and Rashmi is aware of the other work needed

Julie and Jennie - how important is it to have a paper on user testing so other

Jennie - asked if there is to wait for AG call in March - Lisa may want to ask if we wait - Jennie mentioned the outcomes of the meeting - conformance group to see what overlaps there are and not be too commited to how we talk about testing

The decisions may change so Lisa will bring up both issues to check on timing of work needed

Julie feels there may be a benefit to start on an issue paper now so we can share it with AG - such that the format is available in a way that is eaier to understand. - gettting a draft ready to see if it useful

This would be prior to the main meeting

Eric said that at the editors call might be the time to talk about Matt was doing

Len has started the document on use cases for HTML - Len looking at some of the history and then looking at licencing and publishing - hopefully completed this week. Then feedback from Julie and Lisa once set up.

Len than asked about what next - Lisa suggested then getting it into a Monday agenda - 23rd Feb for Use cases

Time line triggers - Eric has completed and we now have feedback from APA - csf animation -

<Jennie_Delisi> * Congrats! Great effort

<Eric_hind> w3c/a11y-tracking#285

Eric submitted a bunch of issues under a specific new issue - see URL above - no accessibility - now in a google doc - has comments and will update on the next step - need to define 'animation' - not well defined so going back to technical for more work. At the moment we need to wait for feedback from APA

Lisa asked if we need more time

<julierawe> It's great that they are responding so actively to our feedback!

Eric felt the CSS group are familiar with WCAG but now need a disability consideration aspect - then coga needs to see the section - Eric will bring it back to the group.

Eric said the animation is in the tag bucket so may not happen immediately

<Lisa> next item

New people joining Coga can now have a buddy to help with the process and check that questions can be asked. Two sets of buddies at the moment and Jennifer from Google has joined and Lisa asked if anyone wanted to be a buddy

<Lisa> next item

May want to write to Lisa and Julie to volunteer - Len thn offered to be a buddy to Jennifer.

Lisa then mentioned are there other issues that people may be having working with coga - need to brainstorm
