Steven: I've added the error response text, and also clarified what the secondary (etc) sort properties do
… and the text for insert
Erik: Looks good
Alain: When applied to a control, it is just the displayed data, not the instance, that is sorted. We should make that clear.
Steven: Good idea, I'll do that. And then I'll add it to the spec.
Google removing XSLT
Steven: I will work on updating all my examples to use a later version of XSLTForms, and try to work out the CSS changes needed.
