Recap from TPAC
Patrick: quick overview of what happened at TPAC. didn't tackle any meaty topics, as it was only Olli and myself in attendance. one thing we were hoping to talk about in person was how to thinslice WPTs to indicate which ones are for level 3 and which ones are future/level 4
Rob: I think we should go ahead with meta tagging the tests to specify which version
Olli: I don't think there's too many of those. the directional touch-action ones
Olli: one thing that unfortunately didn't happen for our meeting was that Mike Smith(tm) didn't make it to our meeting. as UI events was discussed at webapps, and he intended to meet with us to discuss further.
ACTION: Patrick to contact Mike Smith to find out more details about the plans for UI events
Recharter info
Patrick: as far as PLH concerned, no problem with the recharter. it's being viewed/discussed
Patrick: there was a comment from design review on charter wording concerning gestures w3ctag/
Next steps for WPTs
Patrick: so I think next step is if we CAN go ahead and tag the tests for level 4 to differentiate them from level 3, that'd be great. Rob, as you mentioned it, would you be able to do this and report back next time?
Rob: i think it's a meta tag. you can add a "help" type link to tests to specify which spec they relate to
Olli: just looking at other cases where help is used...just href...
<flackr> <link rel="help" href="spec-url">
<smaug> Something like https://
ACTION: Rob to look at adding help/meta to WPTs to disambiguate level 3 and level 4 ones
<smaug> web-platform-tests/
Olli: related to the testing, there's the interop proposal ^
Patrick: thank you all for this short meeting. see you next time in 2 weeks
