Issue 182: Disambiguating primitive type classes

dbooth: The description in the jira ticket https://jira.hl7.org/browse/FHIR-53178 incorrectly describes the fix as adding prefixes, though on 21-Oct-2025 we decided to Capitalize primitive class names.
… The decision was in the minutes that we approved in the ITS meeting on 22-Oct-2025, though I forgot to make that correction to the description.
… I have added a comment to the Jira ticket, explaining the correction. Is that good enough?
