Meeting minutes

ITS call

dbooth jira ticket was approved: https://jira.hl7.org/browse/FHIR-53178

tim: Spoke to Dave Otesek(sp?)

ACTION: dbooth to record ITS approval in the jira ticket

tim: HL7/kindling#200
… Might help if others in this group also approves the PR
… Grahame has already approved it, but Dave wanted someone else to double check.

tim: ITS group will meet again next Wednesday, in case we need anything else.

modifier extensions

w3c/hcls-fhir-rdf#179 (comment)

w3c/hcls-fhir-rdf#93 (comment)

ericp: We use an underbar if there is a modifier extension.

tim: want to remove the modiferExtension class, which I think was made in error.

AGREED: remove the modiferExtension class, which I think was made in error

tim: Does the is-modifier=false mean that a modifier extension cannot be attached?

dbooth: I don't think so. I think it only applies to semantics implied by the property values themselves.

treeRoot

tim: Should we capitalize treeRoot?

dbooth: It's an instance, not a class.

ericp: the range of nodeRole is an anonymous class, with member treeRoot

jim: treeRoot should be an individual

W5

tim: I like the W5 ontology. It
… is very helpful for grouping. Like SKOS.

xhtml class

tim: xhtml is a primitive type, but its base def is Element, unlike all other primitive types
… I want to change the ont to make xhtml be a subclass of Element.

jim: Sounds reasonable to me.

tim: There aren't any other axioms for primitive types.

tim: Previously we were hardcoding it as subclass of primitive.

AGREED: change the ont to make xhtml be a subclass of Element

Shex

w3c/hcls-fhir-rdf#172

ericp: fhir.shex is supposed to have everything -- not intended to import anything
