Meeting minutes

From ChatGPT - The <ui> element in an XForms document defines the user interface (UI) of the form, specifying how the data from the <model> should be presented to the user. It is the part of the XForms that handles the interaction between the model and the user.

type as an ATV

Alain: It would allow the type to be modified; XSLTForms supports it, and the control is rebuilt.

Erik: Controls can change if they point to different nodes and therefore types, so it's not really new.
… we don't currently support type as an AVT, but it probably wouldn;t be hard. On the other hand I don;t think it would be essential.

Steven: I think it's the only property that can't be dynamic

Erik: No strong feelings.
… I'm neutral

Steven: So leave as is.

AOB

Steven: I'm thinking of writing a paper for Balisage on declarative sorting, to force myself to think about it more.
