Meeting minutes

Schedule

McCool: I have adjusted the regrets

Minutes

McCool: we cannot approve them as we cannot edit them and there are some unclear points

PRs

PR 314

McCool: I have done this PR to take notes and TallTed has done a review on english level aspects
… so I can commit those
… let's go over them quickly
… let me know if you don't agree

Mizushima: This information is not relevant anymore no?

McCool: yes but let's get it out of the way
… I will not merge one commit as it changes the meaning

McCool: merged and added a comment on it

PR 283

McCool: we seem to have unwanted diff here

Ege: you can change the base branch and change back

McCool: basically, the readme had a bunch of notes. I have moved it to another file so we can actually remove the readme notes from the main readme
… the document is out of date now
… what is our process?

Mizushima: This PR is only for use case submission

Mizushima: there should be requirement process as well?

McCool: also we should clean up the template information
… as it is in the template now

Ege: we have to change use case to user story
… also the submitter may not be able to make a pr

Mizushima: point 3 asks for input from community. Is it before or after submission?

McCool: we should do something mechanical, like turning the issue into HTML as a PR

Ege: we should communicate in the issue regarding unclear parts

Mizushima: the initial and the final review are the same?

McCool: the first one is just between us and the submitter. The final one is during the PR and involves the community

McCool: I have edited it

McCool: let's merge this?

PR 262

Ege: I did not have time to go through this yet sadly

McCool: ok we can table this

Small Fixes

McCool: I have seen some small issues to be fixed in the template information
… I will edit my branch that contains these

Main Readme

McCool: I will edit this when I have time so that we can point to the issue templates and inline instructions
… I will do these asynchrounously

AOB?

Mizushima: Should TD TF test the whole process now?

McCool: yeah a real submission would be nice rather than testing

Ege: We can do it during the td call actually

McCool: we can comment on the issue

Ege: it would simulate it better actually

McCool: adjourned
