Mention emphasis mark in mixed text composition

w3c/clreq#640

https://github.com/w3c/clreq/pull/640/files

Bobby: I think the text looks good

Eiso: Sometimes we may want to make the Japanese text in Chinese follow the Japanese style.

Eiso: what do others think?

xfq: If so, we may have to discuss it in categories.

Eiso: We can also merge this PR first, and if we add Chinese-Japanese mixed or Chinese-Korean mixed text in the future, we can expand it.

Bobby: This is rare
… edge case in CSS

[Discuss the details of implementation]

Zhengyu: I think the general principle is fine.

xfq: Anyone have objections to merging this PR?

xfq: let's merge this for now

Add picture of a basic pinyin example

Inconsistency between Chinese and English text

w3c/clreq#647

[huijing introduces her changes]

huijing: I'll raise a PR

xfq: thanks, huijing!

Multi-level counter styles

w3c/clreq#646

Bobby: I added a comment in w3c/clreq#646 (comment)

Bobby: anything similar in Mainland China?

xfq: I'll check
… we can work on this after fixing #158

w3c/clreq#616

Zhengyu: I think that many form controls are not just vertical in CJKM contexts, but may also appear vertical in pages using Western languages. This is more of a design requirement, not a unique layout requirement for Chinese.

[Discuss audio element in vertical writing mode]

xfq: maybe every element should have the ability to rotate, preferably independently of the writing mode of the surrounding text.
