Status reports

Frederik: Unicode character sets are on the to do list
… as is proper error recovery

Norm: I have used ixml *in production*!

A subtraction operator

Norm: I need more time to think about the not operator

John: It may depend on the parsing algorithm for how much efficiency it gains
… but it's like the subtraction version, but with the arguments reversed

Frederik: How about weights on ambiguous parses

Norm: I have implemented that

Frederik: I did too, for tree building.
… It sees it has multiple trees, and chooses the lowest cost one

Norm: Early is easy to implement for 'not', not sure about GLL

Frederik: I like the 'not' design as easy to understand

Steven: We definitely need to investigate

Pragmas

John: The key issue seems to be about the specifity of pragmas

Bethan: We need requirements

Norm: The original proposal had requirements

ACTION: Bethan to collect requirements for pragmas
