Update on first work meeting

JC: A number of us talked and got the work started. We created a new GitHub repo under W3C https://www.github.com/w3c/pdf-aam.
… The work we discussed last month resulting in this new document

This is an empty document, I just copied over the HTML-AAM document and created an empty document for PDF-aam.
… We have an example table, similar to the rowsin the spreadsheet, there will be a bunch of them
