Continue working to evolve the equity maturity model

Starting today at 2. Maturity Model Structure. The content here is from the Accessibility Maturity Model (AMM). For equity we may have different dimensions. For example, the company I work for published an equity assessment framework. All the framework and assessment resources we found before are here:

Equity will need different or additional dimensions.

Beckett, Bruce, and Jen each assigned themselves an item from the list of resources on equity assessment frameworks, https://github.com/w3c/equity-cg/blob/main/resources/ReadMe.md#resources. We will review and add information about each into section 2 Maturity Model Structure, during and before our next meeting on November 25. We will review these

equity assessment frameworks to identify dimensions that are relevant for an equity maturity model.
