For minuting: we reviewed the Github materials and the history around the maturity model evolution work, before continuing work on the EMM (Equity Maturity Model).

We copied 2. Maturity Model Structure to the front of the document to begin evolving it for equity, and I left a comment "This is where we stopped on Monday, October 14."
