<Garret> Discussion on requirements for encoders. Garret is working on updates to both the Font Subset section and encoder section incorporating Skef's previous feedback. Among other things will try to incorporate some details about glyph closure at minimum.
<Garret> Vlad: would it be ok to make it an annex to the spec?
<Garret> Garret: yes, that could be a reasonable way forward. We'll still want to at least define a font subset, but could have an appendix/annex that provides a much more detailed description of modern font subsetting.
