on resumtpion explored use of PROF and role based resources to perform complex validation scenarios for modular specifications.
noted that OGC implementation already calculates options, so will offer full Link Headers - not exploiting proposed relaxtion to allow only ALTR view to be provided.

ACTION: PR to added clarification on use of HTTP 406.
