Carolina: Add section about native mobile best-practices vs web - note the differences

JJ: Participants all agree tablets should be considered

JJ: Tablet users might use landscape mode more often compared to mobile phones

Karen: Specify Android/iOS as core focus, after this introduction we can use “(native) mobile apps” to refer to our subset

JJ: Participants all agree to update WCAG-EM and not make our own version

JJ: For code samples, try to have them in one central place, re-use from there

JJ: Participants prefer Github wiki, but W3C wiki could also work

JJ: Everyone agrees it's good to clean up our resources
