Collaboration Tools Accessibility User Requirements.
Jason: created GitHub pull requests to address the following issues.
Jason: 1. Section 1.3 - adding a citation of Content Usable and generally improving the text of the section.
Jason: 2. Added access controls as a potential feature of collaboration tools, and created a section of the document that sets forth accessibility requirements.
Jason: 1. The current permissions should be prominently presented in the user interface, and available to assistive technologies.
Jason: 2. Changes made to permissions in real time, for example by a collaborator, should be reflected in the UI.
It was agreed that the pull requests should be reviewed on GitHub in their respective branches before merging.

Meeting schedule
It was agreed, in view of participants' holiday plans, to resume on 10 January 2024, which will be the date of our next meeting.
Work can continue on GitHub meanwhile.
