Review updates to the aria-at site
Matt_King: the latest change is that the new test format is supported in the test runner and the "reports" page
Matt_King: we've been talking a lot about that format over the past 6 or 7 months
Matt_King: Most notably, every screen reader now has the same list of tests
Matt_King: Modes are no longer a part of anything; VoiceOver, JAWS, and NVDA all have the same tests--they just have different commands
Matt_King: the latest release of macOS changes the way one enables/disables VoiceOver's "quick nav" feature. I need to update the instructions for testers accordingly
Matt_King: In the runner, the coolest change is that there are no longer radio buttons--everything is now just a "pass/fail" checkbox
IsaDC: We also have a checkbox for "no output", now
Matt_King: Oh, yeah, that's a good one, too!
howard-e: I've triggered the import and now see new V23.12.06 RD versions for "Alert Example", "Command Button Example", "Link Example 1 (span element with text content)", and "Toggle Button"
Matt_King: I've advanced "Alert" to draft and added it to the queue
Matt_King: "Alert" should be present in the test queue for all three screen readers, and we can sign people up
Matt_King: We'd like to get all the tests done for these four
Matt_King: To keep things simple, let's prioritize those in alphabetical order
[all present agreed to this plan]
Murray_Moss: I can do Alert with VoiceOver
Matt_King: I can do Alert with JAWS
IsaDC: I can do Alert with JAWS and with NVDA
Joe_Humbert: I can do Alert with NVDA as well
Matt_King: I'll take Button with JAWS
Matt_King: As always, if you need any support with the testing process, PAC is available. You can raise issues in the GitHub project, and we'll be watching
Matt_King: By the way, Sight Tech Global is going on. We're doing a live session today at noon Pacific Time
