Meeting minutes

FIDO and Berlin Group

Wijnand: We have a proposal (you have seen) re: signing HTTP bodies. In addition to XML signing capability
… intended for direct corporate usage for now
… plan for a future version signing EMV Cryptograms

WM: We had pre-passkey discussions
… we explored some of the data that we would need to extend in our flows to extend FIDO

[Ian on webauthn signing]

<Gerhard_> Bank = ASPSP

Summary: we discussed the relative roles of SPC and Berlin Group APIs and looked for potential connections between the two.

Next steps?

Wijnand: Would need a bank to support a proposed change.

IJ: Would be good to understand if SPC addresses previous concern about WebAuthn "gap"
… where can I integrate SCA messages into your protocol?

Detlef: We have basics described in a document; I will see if we can share that with you.
