Lionel: There is a desire for a more simplified list of the capabilities

janina: The original document was more focused on capturing all the capabilities that arose in discussion
It has a high level taxonomy of meeting user needs and content provider needs.

… the aim is to be able to reference a particular section, to discuss a given capability in a given edge technology
… we may also want to focus on how to add automation to capabilities
Lionel: Shared a workup of a possible Capabilities declaration, similar to ingredients on packaged food products
stacey: This seems to fall into the 'Robust' principle
… Let's keep in mind simplicity in design: sometimes less is more
janina: We have an aspirational capability, that someone trusted and knowledgeable could suggest the best settings for an end user
Lionel: I see a multitude of dimensions, if we could drag around stickies, I would try and sort them into their quadrants
… things like "User Agency" (which can be supported by individual choice, but also by trusted providers on the behalf of individuals)
… automation, whether it can be automated or not
stacey: We can look at voice and tone, the story (as different pieces were written at different times)
… and hunt for where we can get simplified
