Lionel_Wolberger: The video chapter markup seems to me, to be more compelling than the "how to make a cup of tea"
matatk: I feel it needs a broad 'where we are going' which can point in general to the benefits of personalization
… and then follow that with symbols, in specific
Lionel_Wolberger: The main point the slide makes is that different people benefit from different pictograms, or symbols: the floppy disk vs. the USB key
