Janina: for TV it's unclear what signals these systems would be receiving
jasonjgw_: Media interest group discussed proposal from WebVTT about metadata saying what should flash
jasonjgw_: this is unrelated to the flashing mitigation discussed elsewhere
jasonjgw_: ML implementations for detection and suppression may be the way forward here.
