Status of SPC to CR

Ian: Coming soon after privacy review

Deployment updates

Nick: I've started work on isSPCAvailable API
… and removing user activation requirement; expect a spec change in a week or so
… in Chrome isSPCAvailable will first be available behind a flag.
… I think we can just ship removing user activation without a trial
… expect in 113 (beta April 6; stable April 25)
… we only allow one activation-less call per page load

Rolf: In CTAP, silent authentication is a thing; but WebAuthn does not support it
… operating systems sometimes use the silent auth feature
… the question is whether we can move it into the browser without surprising users

IJ: Any other SPC and Chrome topics?

Nick: Nope
