alex: We can publish this fix and a fix for the previous issue in the same release

Jem: ARIA Working Group expecting to have a deep-dive on this topic

mck: Let's label this as "editorial"

mck: I guess we need a discussion to determine whether or not this is something we want to include in the tree pattern

CurtBellew: This may be three separate issues because we're seeing different behaviors in different browsers

CurtBellew: One issue is that the list box doesn't scroll completely into view

CurtBellew: A second issue is that the entire page scrolls when pressing arrow keys while the first or last item is selected
