First item: Discuss document outlining adding incremental font state as a table to the font
Simplifies the Patch Response significantly
Slight complication with codepoint ordering. If the ordering gets out of sync the client needs to resend. Can detect the problem based on checksum mismatch
(Should be rare because server-side ordering heuristic changes will be rare
Also simplifies the descriptions in the specification
Suggestion: name the table "IFTP" instead of "IFT "
Question: Should we write some explanation of code point ordering handling into the spec? (Probably.)
General agreement on adding this to the spec
Second item: Recently committed PRs. Any issues?
Next time: Expiration of charter, and draft of new charter

Members will have to rejoin group when new charter is approved.
Which means being renominated by our respective representatives.
Charter period will be for about two years
(We also received a temporary extension until the end of March.)
Tentative date for next meeting is January 24th 2023 (can optionally arrange for earlier meeting if there are reasons for that)
