McCool: Core-RD is related to CoAP

Jan: Also works for http, should already be implemented by two directories

McCool: Security bootstrapping - don't even need a special impl. for this, plain-old-web-server should handle this

McCool: 41 / 42 require special language negotiation

Jan: 47 might be handled by node-wot

McCool: 61 / 64 - also lang. negotiation
