RiccardoAlbertoni: I think this is now complete and made the changes as discussed - can we review/approve?
… not much to discuss - if people can look at this over the next couple of days

https://github.com/w3c/dxwg/pull/1508 needs Andrea to discuss.

RiccardoAlbertoni: Several people have contributed. Suggest if the meeting is happy we promote to ready for review, merge and reply.
… This expresses the overall WG view that this is a complicated area that runs beyond our group as well as responses to the specific items

<RiccardoAlbertoni> https://docs.google.com/document/d/1WX1TVE22AaUOSSkjunI9tvXFVF6gj5AhCVJsPHTrYXw/edit

RiccardoAlbertoni: Nick makes the point that W3 WG can't expect each implementation to solve this problem on their own

DaveBrowning: The reply looks good to me. We can play our part, but it needs to be part of a larger activity that covers many areas.
… Lots of potential complexity in the relationship between the catalog record and the dataset itself

RiccardoAlbertoni: Probably not appropriate to suggest a particular way since it could easily restrict re-use.

Nobu_Ogura: I agree. Perhaps we can emphasise that we are focussed on the catalog not the data itself.
