Meeting minutes

The particpants for this week were AWK and Makoto. Just two.

We've discussed this sub-group's goal and steps towards the goal.

This is the summary of discussion today.

AWK and Makoto agreed with suggested our goals to present pros and cons on 1) Keeping "Accessibility Supported" 2) NOT keeping "Accessibility Supported" for WCAG 3.

STEP 1: Each participant will document how it worked or it didn't work. 1) Japan (Makoto), 2) Adobe (AWK), 3) Section 508 (Bruce) and 4) any other use cases (Poornima and others).

"Screen reader reliability" might be good for 4) https://www.powermapper.com/tests/screen-readers/

STEP 2: We'll discuss the two options ("Keep" or "Not Keep") and document pros and cons for both. Hopefully we'll present it with our recommendation on which would be better for WCAG 3.

Plus, we'll document any issues to be discussed further if we find them.

STEP 3: We might be able to present "What form it will take if we'll "keep" the concept of Accessibility Supported.

ACTION: Makoto to share today's discussion with the rest of sub-group members and see if they will also agree with the goal and steps.
