janina: on the i18n issue, we talked about it last week and I started to update it but it didn't get done
janina: if i18n can augment lang in HTML, we don't need to address this directly but if they don't, we need to go beyond SSML to achieve it
we need to address i18n, pluralization of units (incomplete interpret-as vs. sub), emotional factors of voice, (any others?)
