RESOLUTION: approved last meeting minutes
riccardoAlbertoni: a couple of issues about DCAT
<riccardoAlbertoni> https://
riccardoAlbertoni: internationalization and security and privacy
… we can submit the checklists to the groups
… some of them expect that we provide a date that we will reply
… I think we don't have a transition date for the candidate recommendation
… last dxwg call we suggested early August to receive feddback and consider end of August for a deadline
… so we must indicate a deadline
… we can move to candidate recommendation in October or November
Caroline_: what about early September?
pchampin: W3C admin staff may also be on vacation on July
riccardoAlbertoni: So it is probably a good plan to consider September
riccardoAlbertoni: the CR is the stage where we start the implementation report
… in the new charter we have 2 years
Caroline_: we have until the end of 2023
proposal: September as a deadline for DXWG review
<riccardoAlbertoni> proposed: September as a deadline for DXWG horizontal reviews

RESOLUTION: September as a deadline for DXWG horizontal reviews
<riccardoAlbertoni> Technical Architecture Group ( TAG)
riccardoAlbertoni: we addressed 3 horizontal reviews until now. Andrea addressed TAG
… There is no checklist and DCAT it is not critical for TAG. Should we contact them now or wait for CR?
<riccardoAlbertoni> https://
riccardoAlbertoni: regarding TAG we only need to make sure we are on the right track
<Pierre-Antoine> https://
<Pierre-Antoine> https://
Pierre-Antoine: This webpage mentions a repository review
… there is no specifics and it makes sense since TAG is a higher level review
… there is nothing critical about DCAT regarding the principles
… taking inspiration from the existing issues in this repository might help
<riccardoAlbertoni> https://
riccardoAlbertoni: I think we can use this as a model for DCAT https://
Pierre-Antoine: when you create a issue there are three templates. One of them is for the spec review, which is for us
<riccardoAlbertoni> The checklist for TAG is available here https://
<Pierre-Antoine> https://
Pierre-Antoine: there are some examples on the link above
riccardoAlbertoni: I will send it to Andrea
riccardoAlbertoni: the last issue
… about the transition to different languages. Currently as editors we can translate to Spanish, Italian and English
… the question we have is that as the translation is not normative, can we translate it after the CR?
Pierre-Antoine: Are we talking about the translation of the document?
riccardoAlbertoni: About the RDF translation
Pierre-Antoine: Is it normative?
riccardoAlbertoni: No it is not
Pierre-Antoine: I will double check, but I think as long it is not normative it can be done later
riccardoAlbertoni: If there is not more comments on the draft we sent, we will send them on the next few days to the horizontal groups
<Caroline_> Agenda: Next Charter
Pierre-Antoine: the AC review is open until this Thursday
… we have 13 supporters
… might be good to reach some ACs and ask them to vote
<Pierre-Antoine> https://
Caroline_: I can send an email to the DXWG group asking to answer
Nobu_OGURA: my organization already answered
