Communication and logistics as a result of name change to "adapt"
Keep old archive so it continues to exist.
Janina: Sharon or Lionel should touch base with Shawn on Adapt change.
Roy: Had a discussion with Shawn regarding naming. Shawn is updating Personalization overview. Change all our documents after we publish. Roy will handle it.
Janina: Concerns with publishing after rather than staging in advance at the same time.
Janina: Announce it only once for CR.
Janina: During the meeting we have a resolution to update the working draft.
TPAC 12-16 September 2022
Janina: Matthew and Janina went ahead and completed the form for TPAC.
Janina: We want to have a show and tell break out and talk with e-Pub along with other work.
Janina: Maturity model may fall into the ePub conversation as well. How to incorporate accessibility in the organization workflow.

CR Status
<janina> DRAFT RESOLUTION: WAI-Adapt resolves to update our working draft and Explainer, together with all supporting documents, 5 in all, in order for us to review that we are indeed ready for CR. We will examine these updated documents to validate the proper introduction of our new name, WAI-Adapt.

Janina: Sent email to Russell at Bliss and got a response and to discuss having a call later this week to regarding the registry. .
Janina: Time to understand how to move forward with the W3C process for W3C statement and W3C registry.
Janina: Is welcome to join the call with Russell and other related calls.
Date and time for call with Russell has not been set. A couple of times will be proposed.
Sharon: How to file issues if any are found in the working draft?
Roy: Issues in GitHub and welcome to include a PR to fix them.

Janina: She is responding to issue 203 and point out the authoring related to symbols are not being translated.
Matthew: Create PRs for examples with an editors note about the number of symbols for each ID.

Matthew: We need another editor's note related to translation and suggests we need that before we reply to James.
Matthew: The order in which the symbols come change direction of symbols based on language. We need to know where the symbols appear in the text for localization.
Lisa: Need to use BCI when referring to Bliss symbols.
Lisa: English symbol type localized vs. mapping it to Hebrew which is in another direction. Localized so symbols are in the correct order.
Janina: Does W3C registry get affected when languages change.
