jasonjgw: Changes related to collaborative tools used in meetings have been made

jasonjgw: In that case, I will merge in these changes
jasonjgw: We also have some late comments from the Education Outreach working group
jasonjgw: We suggested that EO finalize their agreement on these points
janina: We also encourage that each issue be raised as a separate GitHub issue
