Editor Draft versus Editors Draft

Wilco: I think we need to have the document finished before sending it for review, which we don't

Francis: Aren't we OK taking a more iterative approach?

Jeanne: The idea is to use an iterative approach
... You try to get something to perfection and then you are so attached that it is difficult to process feedback
... Also, this is a proof of concept. We took this process and here is what we came up with following that process

Wilco: The method document is pretty empty at this stage
... Once we finished the method, yes, let's get it out

Francis: Is there a specific date for this?

Jeanne: She is looking to illustrate the new techniques, bringing new material to editors draft and marking it as exploratory

Francis: Seems we have some time

Jeanne: I think we can finish pretty quickly since we've done most of the work

Francis: HAve a few busy weeks, would be good to finish before

Jeeanne: the non W3C resource should be a list of language codes, I think ACT already has that

Francis: Breaking this down, a block of text different from the default language: 1, has a lang attribute; 2, that is valid; 3, matches the lang of the text

Wilco: Or one of its descendants
