Kathy: J and Wilco were going to present a draft on how to incorporate ACT-rules into the headings outcome
Shadi: That went well but there are still issues to work out like different types of requirements
<shadi> https://www.w3.org/2021/07/20-ag-minutes.html#item02
Shadi: this was the presentation from JS and Wilco to the group
Kathy: the work is ongoing so we should hear back when the survey is completed
... Welcome Karen!
Wilco: there was very little feedback during the call but it was positive
Wilco: video element visual content has accessible alternative will go into call for review
<Wilco> https://github.com/act-rules/act-rules.github.io/pulls
Wilco: pr #1671 - the CG is looking to clean up the language of some rules
https://github.com/act-rules/act-rules.github.io/pull/1671
Wilco: related is #1669 https://github.com/act-rules/act-rules.github.io/pull/1669
... I would appreciate reviews
Trevor: I will do it
Karen: I will do it
Wilco: I would appreciate someone helping out on #1561
Karen: I will have a look
<Wilco> https://github.com/act-rules/act-rules.github.io/pulls
<Wilco> https://github.com/w3c/wcag-act-rules/
Wilco: I'm working on a script that will automatically pull rules from the ACT-R repository and put them on the WAI website
... Every time a rule is approved, we archive that file for reference
<Wilco> https://github.com/act-rules/act-tools
Wilco: I've created a script that generates the test case files
... It also generates a JSON file with test cases
... each example will have a link that opens the test case in a new window
... I still need to figure out how to contect the two repositories together
... Aron and Kathy are going tp work on the docs site
Kathy: we wold like to put a welcoming information into the documents directory
Wilco: We are spending quite a bit of time on WCAG3 and the migration process but once the automation is done what we would like to do? Do we want to go with surveys?
It's not easy to track
Wilco: It's not easy to track
... The means of tracking changes are spread in multiple places
... would it be good to integrate something to help us?
... we could potentially use Google sheet or JSON files
Kathy: previously, with the survey, was there anything that we could use to track things?
Wilco: not really
... I like working with the sheets, but it doesn't have all the relevant information
I'll look into Google sheet to se how/ if we can fetch the data that we need
<Wilco> https://github.com/act-rules/act-rules.github.io/issues
Wilco: I think we should pick up some open issues
<Wilco> https://github.com/act-rules/act-rules.github.io/issues/1667
Todd: I will help
Wilco: #1667
Todd: I will take that
<Wilco> https://github.com/act-rules/act-rules.github.io/issues/1581
Kathy: I will take #1581
Wilco: I'd like Trevor to review my script
Trevor: sure
<shadi> Wilco: discussing redesign in EOWG tomorrow
<shadi> Shadi: will be initial discussion, mostly on design
<shadi> ...some minor editorial issues may come up
<shadi> ...then there will be survey
<shadi> ...if issues arise, will be discussed on 30th July meeting
