NVDA and JAWS are decent but not great

sugguestions are being pared back to specific charecters

discussions continued about NVDA and JAWS and when they implament changes
NVDA uses math player and so more work has gone into rendering mathML
format of the write up for recomendations was discussed
last MathML nore was 8 years ago so maybe the format isn't apropriate
Cary is going to look into a format from other members of the math working group
