First Public Working Draft ([technical approach](https://w3c.github.io/pronunciation/technical-approach/))

paul_grenier: worked on changes that were provided by Dee.

paul_grenier: published version is up to date.. folks can give it a read. not sure what would it take to make sure that we are good to go.

janina: I will look it into it and will pass it to Michael.

paul_grenier: by friday if anyone has any suggestions or edit, please let us know otherwise it will go to Michael on Monday.

janina: need additional time to review it.

JF: I am huge process person and I do believe that w3c process works. we have this example.

paul_grenier: anyone has anything

JF: something related to action item that is assigned to me. we are going to be a point soon where we need to socialize. we need something to present. wondering if this is something that we can take up to put something lile presentation

janina: we have some information already.

janina: we have some blog posts and other pieces... something like slide decks

janina: there is a shwan's list that we have and I can share that with you all.

Irfan: we do have some material that we have used in the past. we need to update it.

JF: if we want to present something to other groups, we need to have a proper presentation.

paul_grenier: I can check around with some more people to find out if they use any particular to socialize the idea. may be we can have some ideas for the use cases

paul_grenier: implementor guide is next but at this moment we can focus on exploring the avenues to publish it.
