Todd: carved out time to review GitHub issues and put in Basecamp in advance of meetings. Will attend as many meetings as possible, and if there is an issue logged, will plan to attend next planned meeting to discuss

sarahhorton: Inform conformance team this scenario is a tentative bucket 2 to be revisited.
Todd: agrees and is also leaning more towards bucket 2 for now
