Scrollable element is keyboard accessible (CFC)

wilco: CFC this week, received no objections

RESOLUTION: Scrollable element is keyboard accessible accepted for publication by TF

wilco: 4 responses, open another week
... question 2 comment from wilco - need to be clarified

trevor: has "followed" been used in other link rules?

wilco: don't think so

trevor: prefer "activated" over "click"?

wilco: CG has used "activated" before.
... is it ambiguous? If so, it would be a blocker.

trevor: not ambiguous for me

wilco: difference in activating a link with a mouse from a keyboard. Should fix this.

levon: agnostic

wilco: comment stands. leave as fix to be done
... next comment from trevor

trevor: restates applicability but if helpful, keep it

levon: a bit redundant

wilco: if not needed, it can come out
... next comment, all implementations have cantTell. Doesn't qualify
... may need manual implementation for this
... remaining open issues comments from detlev

trevor: is detlev's comment about styling?

wilco: not sure
... agree there's some redundancy in passed examples 6 and 7
... inclined to take 6 out
... also agree examples are not realistic. should they be?

trevor: not a problem

wilco: adding more makes examples harder to read
... Example 6 shows different amounts of content. Example 7 shows different styling but same info.
... detlev suggests another example. Passed Ex 9 is similar but could be improved.
... instead of a circle, load an image
... in favor of adding more examples
... no objections
... q8 comment from wilco writing style is outdated

Survey, Rule review of "Menuitem has non-empty accessible name": https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/93339/ACTMenuItemName/results

wilco: four responses
... we want 5 responses before accepting. With current members might be difficult

<Wilco> https://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/task-forces/conformance-testing/work-statement

shadi: work statement for TF did not define 5 active members

wilco: have discussed merging with CG. Don't expect merge to happen soon.
... ok to move forward to move forward with smaller group?

trevor: fine with smaller group. Wouldn't want to stop progress

wilco: agree

<Wilco> https://www.w3.org/groups/tf/wcag-act

kathy: can we get more members to be active for a short time as needed?

shadi: some participate from time to time

wilco: don't think we should recruit since change is coming soon
... can get from CG to join TF

shadi: one or two more in TF would be good

wilco: I can reach out
... survey - trevor comment on wording
... opens PR to fix as suggested
... next comment - trevor on failed example 1 and 2 being very similar

trevor: is one Failed example adequate
... ok to keep it

wilco: next comment - kathy why it says button
... will change to menuitem
