Rik: 2 major changes to Hand
Input
... 1: Change number to enum. Medical names will be used.
General agreement -- provides for easier
internationalization
... 2: Change "Hand" from array to map to account for #1. This
is a breaking change, but only slightly
... Dom from TAG approved so this is more consistent with other
documents
Lachlan: Implicit ordering based on edges. Now how is the order defined?
Rik: It is still ordered. Iterating over the Hand still returns the joints in the same order.
Leonard: Is this consistent with ISO/IEC 19774?
Rik: Consistent with OpenXR. Have not checked ISO.
Lachlan: Was this the entire extent of the TAG's feedback.
Rik: 1: Do not use integers, but use names. 2: Preferred shorter names, but after review accepted longer (medical) names
Brandon: In favor of all changes.
<missed question...>
... ... concerned about migration path for early adopters.
Rik: Don't know who is supporting Hands API.
Aysegul: Manish did something.
Lachlan: Hololens and OpenXR have early implementations that may not be public.
ISO/IEC 19774-1:2019 (Humanoind animation): https://www.web3d.org/documents/specifications/19774-1/V2.0/Architecture/HAnimArchitecture.html
Document is free and a "duplicate" original to the ISO version. In particular see
scribe:

... for hands joint labeling
Ada: [Off-topic] Should I remove "Firefox Reality" from immersive-web-dev page
Jeff (jGilbert): Probably -- need to check
Rik: Thinks that the underlying s/w is being maintained
Ada: Asks Jeff to let her know about the status
