Should "click", "dblclick" and "contextmenu" events be PointerEvents? https://github.com/w3c/pointerevents/issues/100

tweaked suggested wording for the pointerId issue https://github.com/w3c/pointerevents/pull/317

not heard anything against this, should we merge?

Liviu: i can ask Navid to give another look

<scribe> ACTION: Liviu to check with Navid to confirm, then we can merge

from last time...

Changing the DOM hierarchy while handling a "pointerenter" event produces significantly different results across browsers https://github.com/w3c/pointerevents/issues/285

Olli mentioned last time he had some quetion for blink folks.

Liviu: I talked to Navid, he answered on the thread 14 days ago

<scribe> ACTION: Olli to have a look at the comment from Navid https://github.com/w3c/pointerevents/issues/285#issuecomment-725542204 then decide how we proceed

touch-action doesn't allow for press-hold-drag UX https://github.com/w3c/pointerevents/issues/178

Patrick: I don't see any major push on this in terms of implementation. Adding an extra touch-action at this stage is probably not going to make it into v3

suggest closing this for now, possibly looking at the additional touch-action value to be added to the ... escapes me at the moment where it is ... the additional spec of touch-action values

<scribe> ACTION: look at the issue in github, decide if we want to close this out

trivial - need review on pull request for typos

https://github.com/w3c/pointerevents/pull/340

Tried to get review/approval for me to merge, but didn't work. will ask philippe
