CSUN 2020 Informal meetup doodle poll https://doodle.com/poll/wvymxbccfm9r76x4

Wilco: This is mainly an announcement. Seems like we're all available Thursday, so let's do that. We'll figure out a location.

PR 425 - Add the "liaison" role to review process https://github.com/w3c/wcag-act/pull/425

<Wilco> https://github.com/w3c/wcag-act/pull/425/files

Wilco: Shadi and I met this week to talk about a new role.
... This is an update to the review process. We've added the "liaison" role, which is a separate role that task force members can participate in. Whenever a proposal comes in, it does so through an issue in our repo. The liaison would screen the issue for obvious mistakes. Once screened, the liaison notifies the facilitators that it's ready for survey. After the survey, the liaison compiles and hands back feedback to the rule authors.
... There's a template for how to structure that feedback. Thoughts?

maryjom: Sounds good to me. It helps divide the work.

Wilco: Do we want a CFC for this change?

maryjom: Shadi, what's the normal procedure?

Shadi: I think this is a group decision so a CFC would be the usual way.

Wilco: Let's put out a CFC then.

Wilco: So we need to assign some liasons. The rule author can however not be a liason.
... I know we said last week that we just want to rotate. Should I just go through the list and assign people? Any volunteers?
... Let's just do that then.

Shadi: I have to take a rain check.

Wilco: Iframe has accessible name; I'll take that.
... Button has accessible name; mostly done, Kasper takes that one.
... HTML page lang is valid; Kathy takes that one.
... Lang and XML lang match; Trevor takes that one.
... Element in body has valid lang; Kathy takes that one.
... Form has accessible name; Mary Jo takes that one.
... Image has accessible name; I will take that one.

Travis: For the ones that need editorial works, do we just compile the survey results?

<Wilco> https://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/task-forces/conformance-testing/wiki/Rule_Publication_Tracking

Wilco: For the things that are marked as "has issues", open a new issue, collect the results, summarise them, and add details if needed. In the future, we will have issues open for these already. I can then take these results and work with the community group.
... I have one too many. Mary Jo, do you want to take one?

maryjom: Sure.

Wilco: I'll give you the iframe one then.
... Other thoughts?

Trevor: Are the rule reviews linked? I'm just getting 404s.

Wilco: Mary Jo, did we want to link these to the surveys?

maryjom: Yes, I will do that.
... The surveys are open for 2 weeks. I put the wrong date in the table.

Element within body has valid lang attribute: https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/93339/ACTValidLang2/results

Trevor: Could we try to get the agendas out earlier in the week? I could use a little more time.

Wilco: We will try to do that. We should be able to send them out Tuesday or maybe even Monday?

maryjom: Yes, we should.
