Resolved: accept Oct 8 minutes

<annette_g> kcoyle: asks DaveBrowning about progress in DCAT

<annette_g> DaveBrowning: we've been struggling to meet

<annette_g> ... if anyone has good suggestions, it would be helpful

<annette_g> DaveBrowning: I've got a request: if anyone has a pet editorial change that they think really should be done, now is the time

<annette_g> ... if someone has something bigger than the run-of-the-mill work, that would be good to get fixed.

DaveBrowning: Will try to get a draft implementation report in circulation soonish

Conneg

<kcoyle> https://‌github.com/‌w3c/‌dxwg/‌issues/‌1022

kcoyle: Good to see many of the issues raised during poll being addressed
… #1022 still open - annette_g could you look at some of my changes
… and see if that satisfies some of your questions/issues

ncar: The changes have been added so are in editors draft

kcoyle: Hopefully these changes will make thing clearer

kcoyle: Other issues raised - riccardo had some concerns
… has that been followed up?

ncar: Section has disappeared- should be 7.3.1.1 Will check with Riccardo

kcoyle: Looks like all issue refs have been tidied up. Antoine is remaining person who should be pinged - alignment with prov, words on qsa plus concerns of 'at risk'
… The 'at risk' section could be firmed up a bit to link to relevent sections

kcoyle: Is there anything else conneg related>

ncar: Working on the things around the outside, but hope to meet sometime soon
… but I (ncar) have a full implementation of conneg - info to be circulated in the next week
… rob has implemented some aspect for OGC
… third implementation is with ckan - DCAT plugin will do qsa implementation and possibly some others

kcoyle: Perhaps we can use a similar format for implementation reports to DCAT

ncar: Might need to be different given that its an implementation rather than vocabulary. Should give full links to it 'in action'

kcoyle: What's the status of IETF process?

ncar: Needs to be followed up - sometime soon/end of Oct

recharter

kcoyle: Discussion is planned with plh - needs some balancing between W3 team needs and groups hopes/aspiration
… evergreen process not yet 'baked' so it will need to follow a standard charter

ncar: BTW implementation describes it self as a DCAT dataset service

<alejandra> ncar - is that listed in the implementation evidence?

<ncar> not yet: I'm going to release the implementation shortly

<alejandra> brilliant - thanks!
