McCool: (creates a new README.md page for the Singapore PlugFest)

Kaz: would suggest we clarify basic procedure within the README, e.g.:

1. Basic logisics (electric power, network requirements, etc.)

2. Network configuration (how to get IP addresses, etc.)

3. TD setting (ID, etc.)

4. get connected (applications, devices, proxies, cloud services, ...)

Kaz: also we should clarify people's devices and applications as usual

McCool: (updates the Singapore PlugFest page)

Kaz: the last 30mins on Sunday (IETF 106 Hackathon) should be used for wrapping up discussion. right?

McCool: presentations would work for that purpose
... (updates the Singapore PlugFest page and also creates the TDs subdirectory to store the TD files)

Kaz: tx
... btw, your taking lead today would not necessarily mean you'll be the PlugFest leader for Singapore. right?

McCool: right. still need a volunteer

Daniel: let's ask Lagally about his availability

McCool: what about you, Matsukura-san?

Matsukura: not sure if I could make the f2f in Singapore yet

McCool: we need to figure out who would join the f2f
... can understand it's difficult to join given it's very close to the previous meeting at TPAC
... but joint discussion/hackathon would be really useful for us

Matsukura: question about the structure/setting of the IETF Hackathon/

McCool: (shows the IETF 106 Hackathon page)

IETF 106 Hackathon page

McCool: we'll be part of the bigger Hackathon
... but we can still hold our own PlugFest
... (also shows the target project topics on the wiki)

Target project section of the f2f wiki

Kaz: also we should clarify what devices, applications would be used for what tests

McCool: yeah
... we'll test interoperability, develop demo systems and incubate requirements
... (updates the Singapore PlugFest page with several additional topics)
... Goals: Interoperability testing, Demo development, Incubation of new functionality

Kaz: tx
... another question of mine is whether the IETF guys would provide any resources (devices, applications, libraries, tools, etc.) for our PlugFest

McCool: yeah
... let me add another section here
... (adds "Resources" section)
