Chuck proposed that we experiment with scoring WCAG 2.0, using different scoring methods

(Luis originally proposed, Jeanne had agree previously)

Janine likes the idea of awarding points so that multiple groups MUST be taken into account (can't focus a11y work only on one type of user need)

This method of awarding points would need us to create buckets of user needs
