Irfan: Working with the various groups to finalize meetings

Janina: Satisfied with the agenda and meeting set-up; phone will be available fr anyone interested in joining

Publish Gap Analysis Document as FPWD https://w3c.github.io/pronunciation/gap-analysis/

Irfan: Some editorial changes have been made and ready to go. Use Cases needs Marks final review after minor changes are made, and updated. Ready to go with User Scenarios and Gap Analysis.

Janina: Will hold until all documents are ready to go.

Irfan: Editorial fixes and additional samples are in the updated documents; will give Janina the go-ahead later today.

Janina: when documents are ready to go we will be asked for specifications requirements; use cases may satisfy the specs; but we may need to specify in separate document, at a later date.

Paul: Use case and other documents will receive feedback and if further requirements are needed, we will adjust.

Sam: First release towards a standard; specifications document will lead us to the approval process, in further rounds, as needed.

Steve: No further observations at this time; will need to review specifications

Janina: This complex of documents does not have a draft specification, at this time.

Steve: based on Gap Analysis, we may need additional specifications.

Janina: we are specifying the "why" now; so that we can better identify the specifications that leverages what needs to be created.

Irfan: agreed to move ahead with the User Scenarios document; merged changes and feedback.

Sam: all changes are confirmed; reflects all latest updates/markdown version.
... De-personalized and generic to be more appealing to a greater audience. Will be using for the ICT Symposium proposal.

Irfan: This document is ready to publish; will confirm with all others.

Irfan: Conference in DC, February 2019 (Seechtek.com) requesting Call for Papers, Presenters, Speakers, etc. Please take a look and let me know if we should pursue.
