Issue 6 - design simple way for testers to contribute

Matt and JF discuss UI concepts on this page ...

<Jean-Francois_Hector> Link to the prototype I shared on July 10: https://test-page-jfariaatjuly10.now.sh/

<Jean-Francois_Hector> Link to the prototype I shared today July 31 (note: content is inaccurate in this version): https://test-page-jfh-aria-at-july31.now.sh/

Discussed problems with JAWS reading spanned rows.

Looking instead at version that does not require rowspan

July 31 prototype:

https://test-page-jfariaatjuly10.now.sh/

mk: started discussing all the data required to collect in addition to results, e.g., who tested, when, what defines a test run, etc.
... let's consider testrail, maybe customize that.

https://www.gurock.com/testrail

Discussed use cases for tester.

What have I started and not finished?

What is needs to be tested?

iImagine I am testing with a specific browser and screen reader, I need a lit of all the incomplete tests for that combination.

If I am using Chrome 75 but something was tested with 74, do we still consider that complete with chrome?

Discussed simplest possible requirements.

Gets complex quickly considering multiple testers and work spread across multiple sessions.

This is where the simplest approach might be to build on top of something like testrail.

Looked at licensing ... $32 per year per user ... probably not best fit.

Perhaps we have enough info about what we want to do now to bring an a contractor with more expertise in this space to help with design.

Matt to craft a statement of work.
